Challanges
Wind Mill Manufacturing haveing very large size manufacturing spaces. Nordex having 5.50000 Sq. Ft. Combined setup and each area height will be 27 Mtr. All total area devised in 5 Differnt shed as per Raw materail forming to Finishing and painting. Every area having differnt critical requirement like Temperature Control with Humdiity precise Requirement. Plant work 24 hour and 365 days without any gap
Key Initiatives
We provided Provided Centralise Chilling plant which is taking care of 5.5 Lakh sq.ft area from single location. System implemented with Hydropnumatic technology so all 5.5 Lakh sq.ft. communicated and cpaacity controll wireless as per pressure at pump discharge. Plant instalaled 5000 TR Caapcity Chillers, 100 AHU, 100 Eletrical Panel all communicating and operating individually and controlling capacity from single plant room
Key Impacts
Every enclosure i.e 200Mtr x 90Mtr x 27Mtr height non insulated are maintaning possitive pressure, Required temperature and humdiity i.e. 27 deg c @ 65% Moisture at india highest humid zone i.e Chennai. All enclosure delivered design with lower return concept so all dust setteling at groung & total volume will be clean & clear vision everytime which need for production. All nozzle are two wat so end user can select jet & diffusion type flow as required.
